Shipping & Returns

What is the Processing and shipping timeframe?


Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once order has been processed, please allow 2-8 business days for standard shipping.




What if I received a damage or wrong item?


If you receive an Item that is damaged or incorrect, you may send a Return/Refund request within the proper time frame (please see below for time frame of Return/Refund requests).




How long do I have to return an item?


You have 15 days from the date of receiving the item to contact us at hello@reinemonet.com with your return request.




What needs to be included in a Return/refund request?


You will need to include your Name, order number, reason for request, along with a photo of the item received.




How will my refund be issued?


Your refund will be issued in the form of payment you originally submitted for the purchase.




How long does it take to receive my refund


We will notify you once the returned item is received. Most refunds take 48 to 72 business hours to show up on your account. However, some cards, depending on the bank, can take 1 to 2 billing cycles to be reflected. Check with your card company to be sure they have received the refund




What is the turnaround time for email correspondence?


Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from our email customer service.









Pre-Orders

What is a preorder?


A preorder is something that is currently not in stock, but we are allowing orders before they arrive to our warehouse. These are typically very popular items!




How long do preorders take?


The pre Order timeframe may vary depending on the item. We try our best to give you the best estimated date of on the description of the item on your receipt. Please understand that sometimes preorders may take longer than our estimated arrival time. We work very hard to deliver by the date you expect. However, orders may also come in well before the estimated date.




Why is my order split?


Depending on the size of your order, some items may get split into separate packaging. We aim to keep all items together, however there are cases where we are unable to uphold this preference.





Custom Items

Why does my custom order take longer to receive?


All custom jewelry orders are manufactured separately and with careful attention to details. Due to the nature of this item, more time is needed to prepare for this item to be received. Please allow 15- 20 days to receive your purchase




Why was my custom jewelry not included with my order?


If you ordered a customizable piece with any other item, you will receive two seperate shipments. Custom pieces are made to order, and require a longer processing time.
